How I Can Help You

When something is holding you back, it rarely stays neatly contained. It can affect how you think, how you feel, how you sleep, how you work and how you see yourself. You may look as though you are coping on the outside, while inside you are overthinking, bracing, doubting yourself, or avoiding the very things you want to enjoy. Whether it shows up as anxiety, panic, stress, grief, confidence loss, a specific fear, an unwanted habit, or pressure around performance, you do not have to keep living around it.

  • With BWRT, I enable clients to change the automatic response patterns that sit underneath those struggles. The aim is not endless talking, endless analysis, or learning to “manage” the same issue forever. The aim is real change: enabling you to be calmer, clearer, more confident, and more in control again.

  • You may come to me because your confidence has been knocked by one experience and has never quite come back. You may be tired of feeling overwhelmed, stuck in the same emotional loop, or held back by fear of being judged. You may be struggling with sleep, stress, grief, low mood, or a reaction that feels completely out of proportion but still has too much power over your life. Or you may simply know that something needs to change, even if you cannot yet put it neatly into words.

  • Some clients want relief from insomnia, anxiety, panic, phobias, shame, guilt, or low confidence. Others want to feel steady under pressure, perform without self-doubt, stop avoiding situations, or trust themselves again in work, life, competition, or the saddle.
