Your initial consultation is a free assessment session designed to help me understand the nature of the issue you are experiencing and identify the factors maintaining it. It also gives us the opportunity to discuss how treatment would be structured and what outcomes are achievable.

This consultation is equally an opportunity for you to ask questions about BWRT®, the therapeutic process, and how I work, so that you can make an informed decision about moving forward.

A refundable charge is made for the initial consultation which is redeemable after attendance.​
